4. Account Verification (KYC)

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

5.3 Payment Method Matching

5.5 Currency

All transactions on the bmw88 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱), with the exception of USDT transactions which are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. bmw88 is not responsible for currency conversion losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by bmw88 are subject to the specific terms disclosed on the relevant promotion page, which supplement and are incorporated into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Credits are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from Bonus Credits may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount and apply only to eligible games as specified per promotion. Games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements (e.g., live casino games may contribute 10%; slots may contribute 100%).

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not accepted or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's Account without compensation. bmw88 is not obligated to issue reminders regarding bonus expiry.

6.4 Abuse of Bonuses

bmw88 reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus or promotional offer in the event of suspected fraud, collusion, bonus abuse (including coordinated play to guarantee bonus conversion), or any other conduct that bmw88 determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be in violation of the spirit of its promotional terms. Low-risk bet patterns designed specifically to clear wagering requirements with minimal game exposure may constitute bonus abuse.

6.5 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The bmw88 Welcome Bonus is available to new Players making their first qualifying deposit. It may only be claimed once per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Players who have previously held a bmw88 Account under any identity are not eligible for the Welcome Bonus.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of bmw88.

9. Prohibited Uses and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bmw88 Platform and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Money laundering or the processing of funds derived from illegal activities
• Collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated cheating between Players
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or loopholes to gain unfair advantage
• Impersonation of another person or misrepresentation of identity
• Fraudulent chargebacks on deposited funds
• Use of VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access source code of Platform software

bmw88 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in investigating suspected fraudulent or criminal conduct and will disclose Account information as required by applicable law.

10. Suspension, Termination, and Account Closure

bmw88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, if it determines in its reasonable discretion that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or suspicious activity, or for any other reason required by law or regulatory obligation.

Upon termination for cause (breach of Terms), all Bonus Credits and any winnings derived from Bonus Credits will be forfeited. Real-money Player Balances — net of any amounts owed to bmw88 — will be returned via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC and fraud review.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting bmw88 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining Player Balance will be disbursed following satisfactory KYC verification.

11. Limitation of Liability

bmw88 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, bmw88 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

bmw88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from game outcomes, payment delays, system downtime, or data loss.

bmw88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Responsible Gaming

bmw88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR standards. Players may access responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time limits, reality check alerts, and self-exclusion options from their Account Settings at any time.

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and result in the temporary or permanent suspension of the Player's ability to deposit and play. 13. Amendments to These Terms
